1. Introduction

jilluu ("jilluu," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who uses the jilluu online gaming platform, accessible at jilluu.com and through any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). 2. Data Controller

5. Purposes of Processing

jilluu processes your personal data for the following specific, legitimate purposes:

  • Account management: Creating, maintaining, and administering your jilluu player account, including authentication and account security;
  • KYC and identity verification: Verifying your identity and age (21+) as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
  • Transaction processing: Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits to and from your jilluu account;

  • Marketing communications: Sending you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates, where you have opted in to receive such communications.
No Automated Decision-Making. jilluu does not make decisions that significantly affect you based solely on automated processing without human review, except where required by law or where you have given explicit consent.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, jilluu processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your jilluu account, process transactions, and deliver gaming services;
  • Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with jilluu's obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, AMLA, and the Data Privacy Act itself;
  • Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;
  • Consent: Processing for marketing communications and any other purpose for which jilluu has specifically sought and obtained your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

jilluu does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist jilluu in operating the Platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), KYC verification providers, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platforms. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by jilluu and in compliance with the DPA.
  • Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other Philippine government agencies, where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
  • Law enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies where jilluu is legally required or permitted to disclose data in connection with the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of jilluu's business assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

In all cases of data sharing, jilluu takes reasonable steps to ensure that recipient parties maintain appropriate data protection standards consistent with the DPA.

8. Data Retention

jilluu retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations;
  • Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements;
  • KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship, or longer if required by law;
  • Support communications: Retained for up to two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution;
  • Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw your consent to marketing communications or request deletion, whichever is earlier.

When personal data is no longer required, jilluu will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with NPC guidelines.

9. Data Security

jilluu implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

  • Transport Layer Security (TLS): All data transmitted between your device and the jilluu Platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols;
  • Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data stored on jilluu servers is encrypted using strong cryptographic algorithms;
  • Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted to jilluu personnel and authorized service providers who have a legitimate need to access it, and is governed by role-based access control policies;
  • Security monitoring: jilluu employs continuous monitoring tools to detect and respond to potential security incidents in real time;
  • Regular audits: jilluu conducts periodic security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and remediate potential weaknesses in its systems.

While jilluu takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely immune to security risks. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to you, jilluu will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

Your Role in Security. You are responsible for keeping your jilluu account credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone, and contact jilluu support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

jilluu uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform, analyze usage patterns, and support security functions. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit the Platform.

jilluu uses the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function correctly, including session management, authentication, and security. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact the jilluu Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 14. jilluu will respond to all verified requests within thirty (30) calendar days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notice to you.

Identity Verification Required. To protect your privacy, jilluu will verify your identity before processing any data rights request. This is to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to or altered by unauthorized parties.

12. Minors & Age Restriction

The jilluu Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jilluu does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jilluu becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the jilluu Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

jilluu reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or Platform features.
