These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilluu ("jilluu," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilluu online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jilluu.com and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the jilluu Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the jilluu Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilluu, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jilluu or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jilluu reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided and forfeited.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jilluu Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify jilluu immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the Platform.

jilluu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jilluu of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC): jilluu is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by jilluu as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

jilluu supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Transfer, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven (Cliqq). Available payment methods may change from time to time at jilluu's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jilluu does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your jilluu account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified jilluu account details.
• jilluu reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. jilluu aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours on business days.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

jilluu offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jilluu reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• jilluu reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

All games available on the jilluu Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

jilluu uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, jilluu's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. jilluu will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly and in accordance with available game logs.

Bets placed and accepted by the jilluu system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after the game round has commenced, except where expressly permitted by the specific game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilluu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilluu staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.

jilluu is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jilluu players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jilluu Platform;
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming without permanently closing your account.

By registering on the jilluu Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

All content on the jilluu Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of jilluu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jilluu Platform without prior written consent from jilluu.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilluu's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilluu account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilluu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any technical malfunction, server downtime, or system error;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account;
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the Platform;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilluu makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

You may close your jilluu account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jilluu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• jilluu suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Continued operation of your account would expose jilluu to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jilluu reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances will be returned where jilluu is legally required to do so, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to jilluu.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilluu, you agree to first contact jilluu's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jilluu will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of the dispute.

For disputes relating to jilluu's gaming license or regulatory compliance, you may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official complaint channels.

jilluu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilluu will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jilluu Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
